Elin Hersch

Elin Hersch took her first yoga class right here at the Yoga Center of Cape Cod back in 2000. She continued her practice to help balance out the effects of dancing and the stresses of “real life”. Then, when leading unofficial lunch-break yoga sessions with her coworkers, Elin decided to expand this favorite time of the day into a way of life! Elin received her certification from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, studying spiritually under Goswami Kriyananda and learning Hatha yoga from Swami Sarasvatyananda. She has also extensively studied Baptiste, Bikram, and vinyasa styles. In her classes, Elin seeks to pass along the peace and joy she finds in yoga and to healthfully guide her students to a place of centered self-awareness.
