LISA GOODWIN
Lisa Goodwin is known for her unique and inspirational style of teaching which combines both life coaching and physical asana. She became a teacher of yoga in 1997. Her curiosity to better understand physical alignment led her to the study of many different styles of yoga, training with some of the most well known teachers in the country. She has since developed a sequence designed to encourage the beginner and challenge the seasoned student. Lisa is ERYT500 certified and has over 10,000 hours teaching experience – also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Reiki Level II. She currently teaches at Jimmy Barkan’s Fort Lauderdale, FL studio and also teaches at his 200 Hour Level I teacher training. Her students range from beginners to professional athletes, and she has helped certify over 500 teachers. Inspirational Speaker and founder of “The Conversation Continues,” Lisa leads workshops and retreats all over the world creating a truly transformational experience on all levels.
DHARMA RICHARDS
Being a Yoga Alliance Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher, Dharma incorporates a Classical Hatha-Raja style of teaching which encourages organic movement and an open heart as she routinely leads students through nurturing practices of pranayama/breathwork, asana/physical postures, and dhyana/meditation. Dharma’s studies continue at the North Carolina School of Yoga with her beloved teacher Chandra Om, senior disciple of Sri Dharma Mittra. Dharma has also studied with seasoned teachers including Seane Corn, Sharon Gannon, Angela Farmer, HarDarshan Khalsa, Paul Grilley, Judith Lasater, Sarah Powers, Sadie Nardini, Jenny Sauer Klein (AcroYoga), Andrey Lappa and Stephanie Keach. Her certifications also include Core Strength Vinyasa, Prenatal, Children’s, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Warriors (for PTSD). Dharma is also a certified Reiki practitioner and continues studies in Kundalini Yoga and Thai Massage (Nuad Boran).
BRISTOL MARYOTT
Bristol is a certified Jivamukti yoga instructor with over six years of experience teaching. She draws strongly on the tenets of Jivamukti as well as her studies of the Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Forrest yoga methods. Her aim is to share with students the joy, strength, revelation and love she has found from her own 10-year strong daily practice. Bristol is also an art historian who loves cats and vegan food.
