Zen Yoga is the disclipline of bringing body, breath and mind into a balanced state, applying a wide variety of body postures, breathing exercises, diagnosis, corrective exercises, massage and meditation. It includes Hatha Yoga postures but also many daoyin (qigong/martial art) exercises.
Sasa Reljic Christakis has been practicing Zen Yoga and Buddhist meditation for 25 years, has been teaching Yoga to adults and children for almost 20 years. Presently teaching at Sasha’s Yoga Studio in S. Dennis.
